This is a great item to add to your posh table setting. It is Silverplated tongs for salad or veggies made by a company called Leonard in Italy. One side is a fork, the other a spoon. There is no monogram. It measures approximately 10.5" long. I will leave the polishing to you, as there are some people who enjoy a distressed look.
