VINTAGE 1950s DAISHIN Musical Jolly Chimp Cymbal Monkey Toy with Original Box. Works!. Condition is Used. This darling battery operated Monkey is in great used condition. He works when the switch on his back is turned on, banging his cymbals together non stop till you pat his head in a sideways motion, which causes him to scream, bug his eyes out and show his teeth. Both actions work well for his age. He is pretty loud when he gets going. You have to turn his switch off to stop these a...ctions. I believe that is the way this toy was designed. All of his parts are in good condition, except his right ear seems to droop, which can probably be corrected. Please see the pictures, as they are part of the description. His clothes are clean with no apparent tears. He comes with his original box, which does have some wear and tear for its age, but still all in one piece. Enjoy and thanks for looking!!!
