WWII ERA 1949~48 Star US Flag~Sewn Stars~Burial Flag In Orignal Box w/NoticeThe flag has been kept in it's original box that was mailed in 1949 in California.  Includedin the box was a notice of burial from the US. War Dept in San Francisco.  PFC Charles O Alstot  was killed in battle May 11th 1945 in the Philippines and is buried at the Manila American Cemetery and Memorial in the Philippines. 
The flag is in very nice condition with some spotting of the st...ars on the white stripes.  Please see the pictures on this.  The flag is 5 x 9.5.
