This is a pair of vintage Robert Lee Morris sterling silver (marked), pierced hoop dangle earrings. They feature three hammered circles in graduated sizes that are looped through an oval disk. The effect is they are free-moving, almost like a mobile. The earrings are 2 inches long (from the top of the wire), the largest hoop is 1 1/4 inches in diameter, and they weigh 6.1 grams.
