Original Description:
Offered here is a great-looking vintage sterling silver and enamel pair of figural salt and pepper shakers made by master silversmith,   J. Tostrup of  Norway. The shakers are in the form of two red winged blackbirds which measure about  2 5/8"" tall , and are in excellent condition with the exception of a shallow flake in the black enamel on the breast of one of the birds, which I only noticed while taking photos. (see close up photo)  Both are 925 content and make...r marked in the silver. They also comes in their original Tostrup box.  Offered with no hidden reserve and a low starting bid.  Buyer to pay priority post and insurance.
