This is a pair of US Military Vietnam War Era Black Combat Boots. The boots are a size 11R and dated 1966. As far as the condition is concerned the boots are used and the left boot has the scratch on the instep area, see photo. There is also wear and dings etc. and the soles have plenty of life left in them. With that said, overall the boots are still very displayable or even wearable.
