TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
18th-century air twist dram glass. A drawn-trumpet bowl transitions from a multi-spiral air twist stem. This stands upon a conical foot with a rough pontil. An air twist dram is not a form you will find very often, this being only the 2nd example we have sold since 2002.
HISTORICAL RELEVANCEHand-blown around the time the first recorded women's cricket match took place in Surrey, England.
