Facts and Condition: Apparently this, and other like it, used to be placed outside a home to allow people to scrap mud off their boots and shoes. I guess all the different angles on this allow for getting those hard to reach spots. Not sure why they needed to make a "Naughty Nellie" boot scraper, but as always sex sells. I guess people enjoyed scraping their shoes on a buxom, cast iron female figurine. Kind of goes to show you where the mindset was at. This is in acceptable t...o good condition. Unlike most of these that are being sold, much of the original red paint is still visible. There are plenty of spots where the black paint has been rubbed off. Some marking and scratching.
