This is for a VERY RARE VINTAGE Girl Scout DOLL. It is the 80th ANNIVERSARY of Girl Scouting. The Doll is made by Dakin Vogue and is called Ginny. She is an 8” vinyl Doll with a 5 piece jointed body. She has a very sweet face. Her Uniform is a beautiful blue with hat and Black high button Boots. She has sleep eyes with molded lashes and rooted blonde hair in pigtails. She comes with Accessories - set of Sox and shoes, small box of cookies, a 1912 Handbook and 2 sets of Brushes and Co...mbs. She Is NEW and has not been taken out of the box (except for these pictures) and the box has been plastic wrapped since the Day I bought it new. The Doll Collectors Book “ Scouting Dolls Through the Years” (2002) shows this doll as being $125 in this Condition. She has a Certificate of Authenticity - #1894 of #2016. This is one to have in your collection as very few were made and most have probably been used thru the years.
