Antique French mother of pearl opera glasses, by Marchand, Paris, with a detachable and extendable mother of pearl paneled handle, the opera glasses in closed state measure 3-3/4" x 2-1/4" x 1-1/2" overall, the handle measures 9-1/4" long when fully extended, the handles are a rare commodity, you don't see them that much anymore, good condition, previously owned, from a local estate.
