Antique 1814 North Carolina Land Deed For Guilford County. Condition is Used.
This document was found in a box at an estate sale in Greensboro, North Carolina. There is some yellowing around the folds but overall the piece appears to be in good condition. It starts off with, “this in denture made the seventh day of the six month and in the year one thousand eight hundred and fourteen...”
On the backside of the latter it appears to say that the deed was duly registered in the... registers office of Guilford county on July 23, 1821.
