Set of Three (3) Vintage Brass Ornamental Single-Switch Plates by Virginia Metalcrafters c.1955. Condition is Used. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
Dress up your Craftsman, Colonial or Contemporary style home with these handsome vintage solid cast brass ornamental switch plates (c. 1955). This set (3 pcs) is in excellent condition and features scroll work, a decorative crest design, precious patina and minor wear. Manufactured in the USA by the now defunct Virginia Meta...lcrafters of Waynesboro, Virginia. All show the manufacturer’s mark “VM” so they will only increase in value, making them highly collectable. Why buy one at a time when you can outfit more of your home all at once. These brass showpieces were accumulated to accent our 1930’s American Foursquare Craftsman-style home. We lived in a town near the Waynesboro factory for nearly 20 years. They beautifully complimented the white oak floors and craftsman woodwork throughout the house. For your convenience, each piece has been hand washed to remove surface grime with mild dish detergent before packing. Photo’s are of the cleaned brass.
