This Victorian thimble holder i think dates from between 1880 and 1900 , the thimble holder is made of wood with a leather covering and metal horseshoe on the top as seen in the photos , in the centre is the recess for the thimble, the holder is in pretty good condition just minor wear and tear with age and use , measures1.75 x 1.5 inches
