TIRED OF SEEING RIDICULOUS ASKING PRICES ON EBAY AND AT SHOWS???........SHOP WHERE THE DEALERS SHOP..... WE OFFER WHOLESALE ETHNOGRAPHIC ARTS AND OTHER HISTORICAL ITEMS TO ALL PERSONS ALL OVER THE WORLD! SIZE: Approx. 28 1/2 BY 41 1/2 +/- inches. CONDITION: EXCELLENT - clean and nice - it d...oes not lay totally flat and might be better hung on a wall. It does not appear to have been washed and perhaps was woven too tight causing it to pull in on itself. We've seen this a few times before on very fine rugs. READY TO DISPLAY OR USE AS A NICE GIFT - PLEASE SEE ALL ADDITIONAL PHOTOS BY SCROLLING DOWN TO THE BOTTOM OF THIS PAGE AS THEY ARE PART OF THE DESCRIPTION. SIGNATURES/MARKINGS: It is not marked/signed as expected for age/medium.
COMMENTS: Classic naturalistic vegetal dye colors and a banded design highlights this vintage Navajo rug / weaving with the look of a textile from the Wide Ruins Trading Post area of the Navajo nation. It has selvege on all four sides and end tassels on all four corners. A beautiful vintage example that will fit a variety of places/decors. and it has NO RESERVE ! ALL OF OUR ITEMS SOLD ARE VINTAGE AND ALL VINTAGE ITEMS HAVE SIGNS OF USE, AGE, WEAR, IMPERFECTIONS, ETC. In the rare instance something is damaged in shipping it will be the buyer's sole responsibility to process the claim at the post office.
