1. We ship to your verified eBay or PayPal address ONLY. Please make sure your eBay and PayPal address is correct before you pay. We do not ship to PO boxes or APO addresses.
2. Items will be shipped within 1-3 business days after we receive cleared payment. Due to their size and weight, Lightbars, or anything over 40" in length will ship within 5-7 business days of receiving cleared payment. Customized orders can take up to 14 days from cleared payment.
3. Delivery time depends on shipping method selected, destination and other factors. 4. We are not liable for damages occurred through shipping. If your package arrives looking damaged and mangled on the outside, chances are the item inside may be damaged as well. This is the time you pull out that ole' camera and take pictures so you have a solid claim with the shipping carrier. After all, if you paid for the shipping, its your claim. The biggest issue with the branding of "MADE IN THE USA" is that although a company sells and states their product is made in the USA, doesn't mean it was designed or manufactured (LED chips, control boards, etc) in the USA. Their items are designed and manufactured in other countries, then shipped to the USA in "parts" to be assembled. Most buyers purchase this type of equipment based on what the public safety agencies purchase, not realizing that public safety agencies are bound by purchasing items specified to conform and comply with all Federal, State, and local DOT laws when it comes to emergency warning lighting and audible systems. ANY country can design, assemble and manufacture a product to meet these specs. Other than physical design, can you tell the difference in functionality and performance between a Code 3 lighthead and a Whelen when looking at it? I can't, and if you can, consider yourself special. Nothing about Code 3 is USA! Yet it is one of the top 3 brands purchased by public safety agencies. Physical appearance in DESIGN is what separates all of these companies, nothing less. We have sold many lights and other public safety equipment branded "made in China, Taiwan, Indonesia, etc" WHY? Because the majority of these foreign countries DESIGN, ASSEMBLE, and/or MANUFACTURE for the same common major companies that brand on their websites "MADE IN THE USA"We just ask that you do your research and take this all in consideration when making a purchase. We have sold emergency vehicle lighting and accessories from other countries that when placed side by side, and looking at functionality, not only did it compare to the "Common major" brands, it exceeded. We don't sell anything that performs less than the standards provided by what the top company's sell, regardless of where it was DESIGNED, MANUFACTURED, ASSEMBLED from.Basically, Whelen, Code 3, Federal Signal, Soundoff, and others offer a 5 year warranty.....We can offer the same warranty on an unbranded, BRAND NEW item as well. So putting aside the warranty and "the brand name", whats the difference as long as the item accomplishes it's mission?**The use of warning lights in ANY color on public roads and highways are regulated by local, state and federal laws.
