WWII Era US Army 10th Mountain Division Leather Combat Ski Boots - Size 9 1/2 - RARE 1st Type Up for action is a WWII Era US Army 10th Mountain Division Leather Combat Ski Boots. These boots are used, see photo's for condition. No rips or tears in the leather, no cracking in the leather. The soles and heels are tight. They are a size 9 1/2. I cannot find any legible dates on the interio...r. This is the early 1st pattern with the leather soles, not the more common 2nd version with the large molded rubber cleats. These also have the reenforcing strap that goes across the lacings. This adds additional support to the foot. This strap is only found on the very early 1st pattern boots. You will not be disappointed with this set. You don't find WWII Era boots in this condition often. I have seen boots like this sell at auctions for in excess of $500 in the past.This item is being sold as a collectible and not for actual usage.
