Useditem. Hard fiberboard material...looks like the original room numberwas misprinted, maybe sanded and then restamped over. The brass keyis also stamped 580.
Tagis 3” LHotelEndicott is no longer in operation as a hotel. Has an interestingpast (many deaths and a steady downhill decline). Billie Holiday hada room here. It was the site of the NEW YORK DOLLS first publicperformances.
