Original Description:
Vintage Bisque nodder of comic strip character Sooky from the Skippy comic strip. He is wearing a red cap and has his spotted dog on a leash. This famed character was created by artist Percy L. Crosby and ran from 1923 to 1945. It was immensely popular and is the namesake for Skippy Peanut Butter. Minor paint loss.  Please see photos for details.  Marked Japan on bottom. Measures 5" tall. A great addition tp any collection.
