German World War II Waffen Elite Soldier Foreign Volunteer Division Sleeve Patch. Measures 2 3/8” wide by 2 3/4" tall. The front shows a cloth shield with two horizontal red strips and one yellow strip sewn onto an OD green wool backing. Four piece zig zag stitched and machine sewn wool construction.
