1776 1876 CENTENNIAL LIBERTY BELL Cast Iron BAILEY’S MONEY BANK w/ Orig LabelThis auction is for an antique cast iron bank from the 1876 Centennial Exhibition in Philadelphia. The bank is shaped like the Liberty Bell and is mounted on a nickel-plated base, with its original Bailey’s Centennial Money Bank label underneath. The base dimensions are approximately 4 ¼” square and the bank stands 4 ¾” high. The cast iron bell has a green finish that simulates verdigris bronze.�...� The overall condition is Fine to VF with light wear, residue on the side from an old piece of masking tape, and foxing on the Bailey’s Label.
