Vtg Distressed Quilt Look Floral Light Blanket 70"x50" Yellow Roses Reversible
This beautiful blanket was one of many blankets pulled out of my great-grandmother's storage. She passed in 1986. I wish I could find out more about her stash but most of the older family members have passed away as well leaving us with more questions than answers. How old is it? Who made it? Did it carry with it any memories or meaning? I do know her family was wealthier than most due to her family ownin...g a grocery store during the great depression. My great-grandmother would tell me stories of how families would barter often back then. Is this how she ended up with so many quilts and blankets? Is this blanket that old? I wish I knew.
Measures Approximately 70" x 50". This honestly looks like two blankets sewn together to make one. The photographs are taken on a queen sized bed.
