Antique 2 HP Century Electric Motor

This motor is 15" tall x 19" long not counting the shaft. The shaft is 1 1/8" diameter and 3 1/2" long. It weighs in the neighborhood of 200 lbs. Its a repulsion start induction motor and is reversible with the lever on the end. The shaft turns and when hooked to power tries to go but just turns slowly. I don't know enough about these to go any deeper and I don't want to damage it so I'm selling it as is. I'm sure whoever wants this will know what to do. It probably p...owered a line shaft for some sort of manufacturing. The first pic is with a gallon can for scale. I'm listing it for local pick up but If you want to arrange shipping I will put it on a pallet and crate it for $40.00
