Antique barber pole, 1913 circa, Atwaters mfg co, chicago, il. cyclo model . This is a wall mount barber pole I acquired some time ago with the intention of restoring. Well, after four years I have finally admitted defeat. It require's more knowledge than was thought. The pole is 12" x 12" x 37" and very heavy. It is made of cast iron, brass, glass and tin, the spiral sleeve is tin not the heavy poster board. the glass is in excellent condition, no ch...ips, no cracks. There are some copper winding's in the base. I do not have the globe or globe base for the top. I do have extra parts but doubt they are for a cyclo, probable for a koch or marvy. all the parts and pieces are in the pictures I have no other parts. Now, I am going to figure shipping on the high side due to the fact I will have to make wood crates and the weight issue. there is also the option that you can will call. shipping to be $200.00 If less I will be happy to refund the difference.
