Antique tin art plate from the early 1900’s.Stamped with advertisment for a clothing shop in Eau Clare Wi. (Hard to read)Plate has some scratches and stains with a small hole drilled in the top for display.Picture is of a Victorian woman in a red dress with blond hair.
