This badge was given to fireman in Company 42. It has measures approximately 1 1/2” in diameter. It... is in very good condition but does have wear to the plating. The outer edge of the badge is made to resemble a riveted firehouse with the nozzles joined at the bottom center. These early NYC badges are extremely rare and highly sought after.
