The sign measures 38" long x 8" wide and 1" deep. The sign is designed to sell artist supplies not house paint. Might be rare. The sign hung outside for many years . The top 2/3 is in nice condition. The bottom 1/3 is scuffed up. You can see that in the pictures. All the lettering is clear. The thermometer works fine. Thanks and Good luck bidding.
