Original Description:
Up for auction is an antique metal soap saver recently found at auction in the suburban Philadlephia PA area. It is found in good used condition. Screan opens up and bits of saved soap remnants were stored. Used to create soapy water to clean dishes in sinks. Condition issues include scratches and abrasions. Discoloration. Screne on one side slips a bit but can readily be pushed back in place. Finish losses throughout. Lovely patina.  But great looker for shelf between uses.&...#160; Measures approximately 11 1/2" x 2 1/2" in size. Unsigned and unmarked.Country kitchen primitive decor.
