(Internal #V872),   You are bidding on a RARE, Genuine EXTINCT FOSSIL, WOOLLY MAMMOTH TOOTH stabilized slice, made into a pendant with silver twisted wire through a hole drilled front to back.Brown, gray and black pattern front (natural), mounted on stainless steel dogtag on back.  CAN BE ENGRAVED by a jeweler.PETITE SIZE; Pendant itself measures 1-1/2” long x 7/8” wide x 1/8” thick.One side polished to show off the beautiful coloration; great, solid specimen.Fro...m Siberia, Russia; Ice age; woolly mammoth teeth are a minimum 10, 000 years old, technically "mineralized" rather than fossilized as they are not old enough yet to be fossils.Gem quality, stabilized & sliced, incredible natural colors, some have the natural molar surface intactSIBERIAN WOOLLY MAMMOTH-  RARE!  (Mammuthus primigenius)Age:  Late Pleistocene, 150, 000 to 10, 000 years.This animal is known from bones and frozen carcasses from northern North America and northern Eurasia with the best preserved carcasses in Siberia.
