FOR YOUR CONSIDERATION IS A VINTAGE "JAGUAR SPORTS CAR DIE-CUT PIN UP MODEL" 8" BY 5" THICK (4 OUNCES) PORCELAIN METAL GASOLINE & OIL DOOR PUSH PLATE ADVERTISING SIGN. THIS SIGN HAS FANTASTIC GRAPHICS OF THE VERY NEAT AND SELDOM SEEN JAGUAR SPORTS CAR PIN UP MODEL WEARING A GORGEOUS OUTFIT. THIS WAS BELIEVED TO BE A DOOR PUSH PLATE SIGN AND HAS GREAT GRAPHICS AND DOMED PORCELAIN. THIS SIGN DOES SHOW SOME LIGHT WEAR & USE, BUT DISPLAYS VERY WELL. THIS SIGN MEASURE 8" B...Y 5" AND IS VERY HEAVY FOR ITS SIZE WEIGHTING 4 OUNCES AND IS MADE OF THICK PORCELAIN METAL. I PURCHASED A COLLECTION OF SIGNS FROM AN ESTATE, SO CHECK MY OTHER LISTINGS FOR MORE NEAT SIGNS & ANTIQUES FROM THE ESTATE.
The estate sale that we purchased these signs from stated that these signs have been hung up in his collection for between 5 and 50 years making all of the items listed vintage. Note: I was left with a large advertising collection along with some that I have collected over the years & I also attend high end estate sales in the area.
