German World War II Waffen Elite Officers Relocation Sleeve Diamond.
Measures 2" wide by 2 3/4" tall. The front shows the emblem that is silver bullion wire construction machine embroidered on a black velvet backing. Has a black cotton mesh on the reverse side. This was to have been worn on the lower left sleeve of the uniform. There is remnants of old yellow glue on the reverse side where the tab was removed from an album. Excellent condition.
