Rare Arts and Crafts Youghal Art Metal Works Pin Dish
A rare find. This pretty pin dish measures 14.5cm in diameter and is clearly marked YOUGHAL A.M.W. The centre has a floral repousse design with a shamrock in the middle.
Youghal Art Metal Works was started in 1904 by Thomas Spark one of the Keswick School of Industrial Arts. He went on to run the company and pass on his specialist skills drawing on the Cork tradition of shipbuilding.
