For sale is a duplicate production cel used in the animated series of Star Trek. The subject is the Enterprise and "Star Trek" title scene against a starry background. I had it professionally matted in a grey matte similar to the color of the Enterprise, and it's framed in a 1 inch gloss black aluminum Nielsen frame with standard glass. At the bottom of the cel, it says: "C Copyright Filmation Assoc. - Norway Prod. 1976".
I received this in March of 1977 from... WKBD-TV in Detroit in a Star Trek contest. I still have the letter I received which I will include. The hand typed card from Tuttle and Bailey Galleries in Beverly Hills is attached to the back.
It's hard to see the condition in the pictures since it's so reflective, you see me reflected with my camera. It's in like new condition, no marks or tears in it. It's remained framed since I received it. Frame is 18 3/4 inches wide X 15 inches high X 1 inch thick. Cel itself measures 12 inches wide X 8 inches high.
I've never seen one just like it. I'm sure you'll enjoy it too!
