Description Here ...is a rare original 1970s JOHN DEERE banana seat muscle bike with 20" wheels! (1776932? Serial Number) This bike is from the era when most everything was cool! (the HEMICUDA, Mach 1 Mustang, and Camaro Z-28 come to mind!) This bike has been in VERY long term storage and has not been owned by collectors. Be the first to get this bike back into the light and enjoy it!
*The bike is in the original and very appealing YELLOW factory painted color. The bike has cool wide apehanger handlebars, matching hand grips, 3-piece cranks, REALLY UNIQUE cool rear sissy bar and so much more ! I dont know where you would find another like it! It is awesome! The bike is an original single speed with operable brakes. Has a slightly newer black banana seat. The bike has chrome rims front and rear. Check out the tires! The rear is a 20x2.125 SLIK tire!
*These bikes are cool and you NEVER see them! I saw a girls version years ago that had a crazy price tag on it! This one has been in very long term storage and comes exactly as shown. It cannot wait to be enjoyed once again! Great for the muscle bike collector who thought they had them all or fun for the person who enjoys unique John Deere items!

It is money in the bank and will only go UP in value! You RARELY find these bikes anymore! They were all abused and thrown away back in the 1970s-80s. Finding one these days is a big challenge. If you check out Ebay, the selection on any 1960s Stingray bikes is very little. They are very cool and people enjoy owning, riding, and displaying them! Most people do not sell these bikes once they have them. Be the first to get this bike back out in the light and have fun with it! I believe this to be a fairly nice original unmolested bicycle unless otherwise noted.
*NOTED FLAWS It is not 100% flawless but is ok! The paint looks ok for a 45+ year old boys bike! (has chips scratches age etc) The chrome is shows lots of age which is typical on these. (chrome would need resto for show) Both wheels have a slight wobble when you spin them. (most every used bike out there seems to) Bike does not have a head badge. (may have came with a sticker?) Not sure if these ever came with fenders but this one has them. VIEW ALL PICS! Restore it or enjoy it just like it is! These never come along! Sorry, no buy it now is offered. People will ENVY you when you ride by at a car show or on the street with this bike! Sold as is because it is used. I try to list anything I notice with the bike. Keep in mind this is a vintage bike that has probably not been ridden for a while so it may need minor tuning, bearings greased, polishing, etc, These bikes are getting harder to find and are more popular than ever before! You will enjoy owning, riding, and displaying it for years! People always remember these bikes but seldom see them in person. Your new vintage bike will be shipped partially disassembled in a factory bike box. I take them in to have them packaged so they almost always arrive in the same condition as they left us. You may want to consider insurance, just in case. Once it has shipped, I cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items without insurance.

Generally, if I receive your payment by 1 pm central time on Monday, it allows me enough time to get your bike to the shop for packing and to ship along with the Tuesday AM shipment.
