Vintage 1960's/1970's reverse backwards running wall pub bar pocketwatch style clock. It is marked "Spartus" (backwards) on the clock face and on the back embossed with "Spartus Corporation, Chicago 12, Ill., U. S. A., Model No. 14431". It measures about 7 1/2" in diameter without the pocket watch hardware at the top. The clock keeps perfect "backwards" time with the sweep second hand running smoothly. The gold finish on the plastic case is in very good to excellent condition. The hand... adjustment mechanism works great. Includes the original long cord, metal chain used to hang the clock from the ceiling and the plastic two sided swag sign - "Bar Is Open" and on the other side "Bar Is Closed". The clock can also be wall mounted. The clock could use a good cleaning. This clock is sold as is and as pictured with returns not accepted. $15.00 postage.
