Unusual Antique Vtg Watercolor Painting Potrait Of 2 Solemn Children - No Frame

I apologize for my poor photos! This listing features an unusual (to me at least) what I believe to be a watercolor painting possibly taken from an old photo. The two children are very solemn. It is an estate find and possibly had been in a frame at one time. It is under a matt covering. The matt covering measures 10" x 8". There is some scuffing to the matt but the painting appears to me to be in great condition. It is sold as shown, as is, so... please ask questions.
