Ebay has changed the Sale Tax in certain states. I am not in control of this. You will need to check to see if your state requires sales tax. There is not a way to add a tax exemption number to an invoice.
This will be mailed flat in a Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope. This should not harm the cap as is was flat when I found it. Pictured is a fairly nice Early Vietnam, Early 60's USMC Utility Cover / Cap / Hat. The Cap is marked CAP, UTILITY, CTN, STN ...0G-107 (MC) DSA 100-2750 8450-285-2069 X-SMALL. The cap is fairly clean, it does have some bends in the visor (see Photos). The stiffeners in the front where the EGA is are still solid. The color is very nice. The grommets are still intact and have all of their original paint. It is marked with a 07 on the interior top of the cap.
