Features: This is a very nice antique to approx antique (earlier 1900's) super heavy thick bead necklace for woman or man. ALL made of sterling silver with inner chain having just little light weight leather thread (of only about few grams) to support its inner sterling chain . It's highly collectible. Considered rare. Of very 'old pawn'. Beautifully Native American handcrafted with earlier impressive ...smith workmanship in aneye catching unique thick bench work bead design. Well made. Strung on inner strong sterling chain with leather thread support with hook clasp for reliable and secured fastening. It's very super heavy and among heaviest I ever weighed . Weighs approx Weighs 174.4 grams (approx 2 grams in leather thread). It came from our family heirloom's earlier 1900's Native American jewelry collection . It was very well kept and in very excellent condition .
Measurements: It's an ideal length of 24 inches . Bead widths range from 1.1 inches (as in 27.5 mm in diameter), to over 3/4 inch (as in 21.5 mm in diameter), to 3/4 inch, 1/2 inch , 1/3 inch , and about 1/4 inch .
Guarantee: As a jeweler and retired precious metals testing specialist for refinery, I assure all metals will test sterling . Like much of the older Native American jewelry, its not marked nor would collectors expect it to be, especially when seeking the much older artifacts . Prior to testing, I routinely test, regardless of what's marked .
