This skirt is really wonderful and I think it would be stunning worn! ~ This skirt is French and dates from the late 1800's . Made of a cotton lace, black ! ~ Very loosely woven! The waist is cut, so it will need to be altered before wearing ( it's not hemmed or finished at the waist. ) There are wonderful snaps! ~ It's a really gorgeous loose weave, would be very elegant with some light repairs!~ ~*~ ( skirt 1119) 
MEASUREMENTS :  This skirt has about a 32 inch w...aist and is 42 inches long ~ 
CONDITION : This textile is in as found, not washed condition with light storage dust ( please see above)
