Vintage German Old Gerz Lidded Stein Pewter Fox Hand Painted Dogs Cherubs Hunt
Available is this vintage German stein. It is
an older Gerz
German pewter lidded stein picturing a hunting scene. The back two panels have cherubs with a lute and spear. It is a ceramic piece, hand p...ainted and in great condition. There are no damage, cracks, chips or crazing. The stein stands about 9.5 inches tall including the lid. The painting is well done, and the colors are not faded. The fox faces are a bit indistinct, and the attached piece on the lid is ceramic or porcelain.
The hallmark stamp on the bottom is hard to read but has the following:
"OLD GERZ - ??????? Germany".
The pewter lid is also marked on the underside with the Gerz hallmark and "94%zinn" Items ship within 3 business days of cleared payment.
