Antique 1890’s Victorian Religious Sampler - The Lord’s Prayer. This sampler is SPECTACULAR! Intricately stitched with thread in shades of red, pink, orange, gold, brown, and even green. Simply stunning. Measures 22.5 inches tall by 18.5 inches wide by 2.5 inches deep.There is some staining to the punch paper background. The stitching is in great condition, though some stitching was not completed (see the anchor, heart, and cross symbol in the middle). This sampler is framed under ...glass in a large thick frame that may be original to the piece. The frame is stable and ready to be hung on the wall and enjoyed, but scratches, scuffs, and dings are present.I pride myself on accurate item descriptions and photos that clear show the condition of the item as well as any flaws.
