Antique Art Nouveau German 800 Silver Charm Nymphs Play Tennis with Hearts Rare
This very fun antique German charm, which dates from around the late 1800's to early 1900's, depicts two nymphs or fairies playing a game of tennis with hearts! Even if not intentional, it's a wonderful and clever pun on the word "love." The charm is in excellent condition, with no damage. It measures a little over 5/8" by 1". It bears a lovely, aged patina, ye...t sharp detail in the bas-relief figures. The charm is stamped with a maker's mark, and '800' for silver content. This is a lovely and rare motif to find, and will be a cherished antique charm for your collection.
