Thousand of handmade glass beads on this 1800’s Victorian Mourning Cape Collar Shawl. High collar with hook and eye closure. Backing fabric is deteriorating and has been enforced with newer fabric at one time. Please see photos - sold in as is condition. Measures 14” at shoulder width and 34” opened end to end.
