I just finished restoring this 1959 Tonka State Hi-Way Dept set a few weeks ago. Finished in correct color of orange powdercoat and satin black. Has a new grille, new windshield and new tires. Also has a new blue emergency light on the cab roof, new hubcaps and replacement headlights in the grille. The bulldozer has a reproduction air cleaner and exhaust pipe, and obviously new Tonka graphics on the dozer and truck.
