This cooler is in original unrestored condition. Lettering is raised on the outside. Includes bottle opener. Inside is stainless steel. I didn't check to see if leakproof but I didn't notice any holes or much rust. Hinges look and operate just fine. A very nice cooler in good condition for the age.This is all original paint... Really nice shine still to it kept in house but a few worn spots
