Original Description:


 Antique 19thc Berlin wool work panel which has a finely executed Scottish interior scene, with a highlander returning home to see his wife and child and with his dogs by his side.   Dates to circa 1860s.
The needlework panel is unframed and is tacked on to its original stretcher board which is now ready to reframe.

Size of panel  ~  63 cm high  x 56 cm wide approx.
Condition  ~  In good antique condition, the colours on this piec...e are still bright.  
A beautiful piece for the collector.
