Antique Wool Paisley Shawl 1860's Loomed Woven - Black Center 60" x 57"
A loomed weave antique paisley shawl dating to the mid-19thc, likely India origins with the extravagant design elements and dramatic boteh designs.This paisley shawl is not hand made, and woven on a loom. The gates andpaisley are loomed also. Some of the colored fringes are missing on its two sides. One larger rip as shown at corner of shawl.
Some of the colored fringes are missing on its two sides.
