This auction is for one original WW2 M/40 German Army Helmet, size EF64. It has the German Army decal in gold, which I photoshopped out to adhere to eBay policy. The decal is in very good shape so it may be a repro but I honestly don't know. It includes a reproduction liner, marked "56". It has "ET64" and "22780" stamps. Someone named "Bittrich" painted their name inside the helmet but I have no idea when. My late husband was an avid collector of WW1... & 2 Militaria and I am beginning to sell off his extensive collection. I am a complete novice when it comes to military antiques and after much Googling, am listing to the best of my ability, so PLEASE contact me with any questions you have to be sure I haven't missed something. If you'd like to see more photos or item specifics, please ask.
