This is a very interesting item. It may be brass. It appears that it was made as a 3 legged plant stand. The metal, easel like form has rope twisted supports and a fancy filigree edged plant holder. There is a crown detail at the top. How lovely this would be filled with antique miniature plants. Please look at the pictures as they are part of the description.
