Here is an antique, I'm guessing over 100 years old, rasp type file. The "teeth" have a somewhat random pattern; possibly hand crafted? It is maker signed but I can not clearly read all of the stamping. It measures almost 12" long, the work surface is 7-1/2" long by 3/4" wide.
