This listing features a mirror face polished agatized wood specimen of petrified Golden Oak originating from Stinking Water Pass high in the Owyhee Mountains between Vale, Oregon and Burns, Oregon! The high quality display piece shows exceptional cellular replacement preserving the original rings and medullary rays. The specimen is all natural about the entirety of the exterior excluding the finished face of course! The stand up display specimen sits with the face at an optimal angle a...nd the item weighs 5 pounds 1.1 ounces. The fossil wood measures 228mm by 116mm by 105mm tall. All photographs were taken while the specimen was dry. I will combine shipping for multiple purchases as long as the specimens can be packaged in a manner that minimizes the potential for damage.
